Demag AC50-1

WOLFF 166 B

As part of our fleet we operate Telescopic Crawlers and Mobile Cranes and Tower Cranes which are predominately used on our own projects, we also hire externally where required.

Telescopic crawler cranes have many benefits compared to conventional lattice boom crawler cranes. They are quick and easy to rig which enables work to commence immediately after being unloaded from the transport. They have the flexibility of heavy lifting close range and are quickly able to retract and extend the boom depending on the task for long range lifts.

The Demag AC50-1, with the ability to move from site to site very quickly can be set up and operating within minutes. Its 40 metre main boom gives this 50T All Terrain Mobile Crane an exceptional lifting capacity. Complete with its 7.5T counterweight and 9.2 metre main boom extension it produces just a 12T axle load. A fully hydraulic boom system provides short telescoping, while the cab is capable of tilting up to 20º which increases operator visibility.

Where the site footprint is more restricted, our Tower Crane is more appropriate.  The WOLFF 166 B is the most compact in its class, yet offers supreme power in a minimum amount of space.  Offering an innovative hydraulic luffing system, and without the need for rope luffing gear, this crane offers the maximum performance operating with a 50m jib lifting 2.8T at the tip in a single-reeved operation.

All our operators are CPCS trained.
