PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Working on this prestigious development in the heart of Edinburgh since 2008, Q3 will be the seventh and final phase on this scheme.

Q3 -This final block of the reinforced concrete frame development comprises of 6 floors, plus a basement car park, with Cidon construction undertaking works to the substructure and superstructure, including King Post retaining walls.

Q24 – Q25, Our sixth phase on this prestigious project in the heart of Edinburgh. The contract was awarded by Sir Robert McAlpine to complete the super-structure for two highrise residential blocks with underground car parking facilities.The scheme includes a King Post retaining wall solution comprising  a warrantied Cetco waterproofing construction system of  negative levels.
