Con O’Shea Receives Health & Safety Award

Con O’Shea, Cidon Construction’s Site Manager at the Kelham Island site in Sheffield, has received the Contribution to Health & Safety Award from client Keepmoat. Nominated by Keepmoat’s senior project manager Dave Brown for his work ethic, communication and professionalism, Cidon would like to congratulate and thank Con for his exemplary performance.

Cidon Construction have recently commenced work on a new student accommodation project in Durham. When completed the scheme will provide 445 beds across 3 blocks which are up to six storeys in height.


Great day had by all at Cidon’s annual charity fun day. Many thanks to all who attended and donated. All proceeds this year go to @UNICEF. 

Cidon Receive Health & Safety Award

Our team on the Port Street project in Manchester have been praised for their continued safe working procedures and high quality risk management. Many thanks to the site team at Bardsley for the recognition of our commitment to safety, and also thanks to all our own staff involved with the Port Street scheme.


Cidon Construction have commenced works on Keepmoat project ‘The Steelworks’ at Kelham Island in Sheffield. 

Piling works have begun this week on the first of 8 blocks of residential apartments to be constructed on the site.
