PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Awarded by Client Lane End Developments, Cidon were appointed to carry out the full groundworks, concrete and SFS package to deliver 144 apartments at Academy Street, Warrington.

Located within the Buttermarket Street conservation area, the PRS apartment scheme provides one and two bedroom apartments for the open market rent in a block varying from 5 to 9 storeys high with ground floor retail units. The building will be arranged to form a continuation of the medieval street patterns and will reference the proportions of neighbouring listed buildings.
Cidon Group awarded the SFS and Weather Board package alongside the delivery of the concrete frame on this project.. Cidon have the in-house capability to offer this package in conjunction with the delivery of the concrete frame, reducing the number of interfaces and logistical issues that our clients often have to manage.
The project is a flagship scheme for the town, as it begins a multi-million-pound redevelopment in the residential quarter.
