Awarded by Sir Robert McAlpine, the Clippers Quay development was the largest PRS (Private Rented Sector) development outside London at the time of the build.

This scheme comprised of multiple reinforced concrete frames in Salford Quays, delivering more than 600 privately rented homes, along with commercial and amenity space in five individual blocks over ten storeys. With its close proximity to Manchester and Media City UK, Clippers Quay was a highly regarded development within the North West region.
Whilst appointed as the RC frame contractor for the scheme, the operations team also managed part of the sub-structure works, the installation of a petrol interceptor, five attenuation tanks, all surface water & foul water drainage, service ducts and inspection chambers.
