Following a successful delivery at the X1 Aire project in Leeds, repeat client Bardsley Construction awarded the substructure and superstructure package to Cidon for this £28m project.
The first PRS scheme in the North for developer Mulbury, this scheme of 135 apartments over 2 buildings went ahead at the Port Street site on the edge of Manchester's Northern Quarter.
The 8 to 14 storey block of apartments were mainly one and two bedroom, with an extensive communal rooftop garden and balconies. The ground floor included a reception and lobby areas as well as 6,000 sq ft of commercial office space.
