NEW PROJECT - PATERSON BUILDING

We are delighted to be have been appointed to undertake the reinforced concrete substructure and superstructure at the Paterson Redevelopment Project at The Christie Hospital in Manchester for Vinci Construction.

The 10 storey building including basement level is set to include more than 113,300 sq ft of laboratory and research space over four floors, along with 92,000 sq ft of consultant workspace. Upon completion this new facility will pave the way for a world-class research facility that is vital for the ongoing fight against cancer

The Paterson Redevelopment Project is set to be twice the size of the Paterson building which was extensively damaged by fire in 2017.
