RoTL Team Member Joins Cidon Full-Time

We are pleased to share a powerful milestone in our ongoing commitment to rehabilitation and opportunity.

Last week, one of our six team members working on site in Sheffield through the Release on Temporary Licence (RoTL) programme was officially released from prison and progressed into full-time employment with Cidon.

Over the past four months, he has been a valued part of our team through the RoTL work release programme, gaining hands-on experience on a major project in Sheffield. During this time, he has shown dedication, skill development, and strong teamwork, particularly in Formwork Joinery, working closely with our experienced site team.
