Project Description

Appointed to deliver the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame package for the Dyecoats development in Leeds, a landmark regeneration project led by GRAHAM Group.

Located on Kirkstall Road, the scheme is transforming a 13-acre brownfield site alongside the River Aire into a vibrant new residential community.

As part of the first phase, Cidon is delivering three residential tower blocks simultaneously, reaching 17, 15, and 11 storeys. The project incorporates reinforced concrete frames, slipformed stair cores, and precast columns to achieve an efficient, high-quality construction programme.

Once complete, the development will provide over 400 new homes, with more than half designated as affordable housing, helping to address housing demand across Leeds.

Dyecoats is also among the first developments in the UK to achieve Building Safety Act Stage 2 sign-off, demonstrating the project team’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Dyecoats Leeds – Milestone Reached

We are excited to share the latest construction progress from our Dyecoats site in Leeds, beautifully captured by @Ben Harrison Photography.

This major development comprises three tower blocks rising to 17, 15, and 11 storeys, slipformed stair cores and precast columns. With the final core now completed, we are proud to mark a significant milestone in the project’s journey.
