PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Cidon were appointed for the substructure and superstructure package at Sweet Street in Leeds for Client Tolent Construction.

The £34m development will deliver 216 privately rented apartments, and mixture of one, two and three bedroom units in the South Bank area of the city.

The scheme with a footprint of 2,000m2, features a basement carpark, which requires a dual design to offer a grade 2 waterproof space and protection against hydro-carbons.
